Job Description

TBA Group produces market leading, large-scale, distribution and supply chain software products used by customers worldwide and is aiming for further substantial growth over the next 5 years. We are a software and consultancy firm which works for its clients in ports around the world. Our head office is in Delft and we work closely with colleagues in the Romania, Germany and the UK.

We are looking to strengthen our financial team in Delft, Netherlands and recruit a Finance Administrator while we are also in the process of implementing a new accounting system. As a result, the set of tasks assigned to the successful candidate is expected to vary to some degree after this implementation.

What are we looking for?

This is an exciting time to join our finance team as we are in the process of upgrading to a new system. You will have a passion for finance and experience working in a finance administration function. 

 

This is a varied role that will allow you to progress your financial career.

  • MBO + working and thinking level
  • Financial background
  • Approx. 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Agility with Microsoft Excel
  • Good work presentation skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Good command of the English language

    Key Responsibilities

  • Book invoices and bank
  • Manage debtors/creditors
  • Work on project, hours and cost center administration
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation, drafts various reports (e.g. ageing)
  • Support the Finance team during the transition from current to new system
  • PO creation, handling of new suppliers under new system and any other finance administration tasks
